Hi Arindam - the current release of Mycosm only upholds the 2-sided texure option with 3DS models. Any FBX models imported into Mycosm 1.3 will not display 2-sided textures.
There is a new release that will be made available in the near future which will force 2-sided textures to FBX models upon import into Mycosm - as we know none of us like to have our 3d models become invisible from the other side...
At present if both sides of a mesh need to be displayed or there are faces that may be viewed from behind (such as inside a vehicle, when looking through the windows for example), it is advised to either duplicate the necessary faces and then flip their normals, or if using 3ds Max you could apply a Shell modifier to your editable poly object.

I hope this aids in answering your query.
